− In 2010 werd de nieuwe polyvalente zaal XXL in gebruik genomen. Een ontzettend mooie ruimte met oneindig veel mogelijkheden en de meest indrukwekkende technische aspecten! Deze zaal van 2.000 m² heeft rondom beglazing waardoor van overal daglicht kan binnenkomen maar kan evengoed met een simpele druk op de knop volledig worden verduisterd. Daarnaast zorgen 48 op maat gemaakte lichtarmaturen voor een compleet programmeerbaar lichtspel op verschillende hoogtes en met verschillende lichtsterktes. Een niet te onderschatten troef is ook de tribune met 500 luxezetels en de ruimte om deze capaciteit parterre nog uit te breiden. Deze zaal heeft alle logistieke faciliteiten van een grote expohalle maar toch ook de verfijnde mogelijkheden van een congreszaal. De ervaringen in de branche met deze zaal zijn dan ook unaniem lovend. Een reden te meer om hier gauw één van uw volgende projecten in te plannen!
− En 2010, nous avons inauguré une nouvelle salle polyvalente que nous avons baptisée “XXL”. Il s’agit d’une nouvelle salle prestigieuse qui offre une quantité innombrable de possibilités et des aspects techniques très impressionnants. Cette salle a une superficie de 2.000 m² et est totalement entourée de vitres qui laissent passer la lumière du jour. Une simple pression sur un bouton permet également d’assombrir totalement la salle. Les 48 armatures d’éclairage sur mesure assurent un jeu d’éclairage entièrement programmable et sont réglables en hauteur et en intensité. Un autre atout majeur est la tribune avec ses 500 sièges luxueux et nous disposons également d’un espace qui permet d’agrandir ce parterre. XXL a non seulement toutes les facilités logistiques d’une grande salle d’exposition, mais également les possibilités raffinées d’une salle de conférence. Les critiques que nous avons reçues des gens du secteur ont d’ailleurs toutes été élogieuses. Raison de plus pour y organiser un de vos prochains projets!
− In 2010 the new polyvalent room XXL came into service. It is a magnificent area with infinite possibilities and extremely impressive technical aspects! This room of 2,000 m2 has full glazing - so that the daylight can come in - but it can also be entirely darkened by simply pushing a button. Furthermore 48 made-to-measure light fittings ensure a completely programmable light show on various heights with different light intensities. Another asset which should not be underestimated is the gallery containing 500 luxury seats and extra room in order to even expand this capacity parterre. Although this room disposes of all the logistic facilities of a big exposition hall, it still has the refined possibilities of a congress room. Tijdens uw beurs of evenement worden de verschillende bars doorheen de hallen door het Meeting Center uitgebaat en staan zij garant voor een gevarieerd aanbod. Het Meeting Center verzorgt ook op iedere beurs de catering op de standen. Ook hier is het aanbod héél uitgebreid. Vindt u uw gading niet op de website van Xpo Catering, dan moet u zeker contact opnemen met ons team dat een voorstel op maat uitwerkt.
