Plain AdMax Mini Sport & Play Balls Minimum 50 balls per color: 4¼" – $1.54(A) each; 7" – $1.76(A) each.

Ink Colors White, Maroon, Green, Blue, Purple, Black, Red, Yellow, Orange, Gold, and Silver. Gold and Silver ink is only recommended on dark colored balls. When choosing AdMax ball and ink color combinations, consider the effect of the ball color when combined with the ink color. Due to the printing process, solid areas of ink coverage may appear uneven.

A simple, bold logo or a maximum of one or two short lines of copy are recommended. A minimum of 16 pt. for serif fonts and 12 pt. for sans serif fonts at actual printed size is recommended. Rules (lines) should be no less than 1½ points.

Art should not contain line screens.

Art will be sized to the maximum imprint area. Height determines width and width determines height of imprint size. Contact Customer Service for art requirements for two-color imprints.

Standard Packaging Basketballs, baseballs, soccer balls, play balls, and footballs are packed in 50-count, and 100-count boxes, depending on the size of the order. Contact Customer Service for details.

Production Time Production begins after receipt of complete order and approved artwork. Standard production time for Mini Sport Balls is usually 5-7 working days, depending on quantity. Between July 1 and October 31, production time may be longer.

Call Customer Service for current production schedule. Rush orders are accepted only if the production schedule allows and must be approved by the factory prior to submission.

A change of ink may be required for desired result.

Guidelines for Supplying Artwork ELECTRONIC FILES Email artwork to artwork@pioneerline.com. Distributor name and purchase order number must appear in the subject line.

Upload artwork at www.pioneerline.com/artupload Mailed in CD's and DVD's are accepted. Faxed transmissions are not accepted as artwork.

A hardcopy, PDF, jpg, tiff or faxed image must accompany the purchase order for verification or a proof will be sent for approval.

Type should be converted to outlines. All art should be imbedded and not linked. Artwork will be re-sized to the maximum imprint area of the product unless otherwise indicated.

Latex and Microfoil¨ Screen Printing, and ball printing: Adobe Illustratorª CC or below in vector Format. Bitmap/raster only allowed for photo prints. See Photo Print heading for more information.

Microfoil¨ Flexographic Printing: Adobe Illustratorª CC or Adobe Photoshop¨ CC. For art submitted in Illustrator all support files must be supplied including embedded images. Photoshop files should be 300 dpi in CMYK format. When supplying Photoshop files, including support files, please do not flatten the layers in the file. Please convert any text in your file to outlines or supply the fonts for live text.

No other file formats can be accepted, including InDesign¨ files exported for Illustrator.

Flag, Event Tent and Table Cover Printing: Adobe Illustratorª or Adobe Photoshop¨ . Vector art recommended for most logos and text. Complex raster/bitmap or photographs must be a minimum of 150 PPI(pixels per inch) at actual printed size. For best results art should be 300 PPI at full printed size. Pantone spot colors recommended. Colors will be converted to Pantone matches unless otherwise stated. Art will be sized to maximum imprint available unless otherwise stated.

Formats that are not accepted (in some cases they may be exported for Illustrator): CorelDraw¨ , Macromedia¨ Freehand, Adobe¨ InDesign¨ , QuarkXpress¨ , Microsoft¨ Publisher, Microsoft¨ PowerPoint and word processing files such as Microsoft¨ Word.

Additional charges may apply to artwork not submitted in the correct form.

HALFTONES AND LINE SCREENS Halftones are printed at 40 lines per inch on latex balloons and 45 lines per inch on Microfoil¨ balloons. Halftones are not accepted for 30" and 36" latex or Admax Mini Sport Balls.

MULTI-COLOR PRINT FOR LATEX AND MICROFOIL SCREEN PRINTING Art must be vector and set up in spot colors. Stock inks will be used unless PMS inks are specified. Ink colors can shift approximately 1/8" in any direction. Order acceptance is based on artwork and printing capabilities. Artwork adjustments and/or a pre-production sample may be required. Balloons need to be inflated and viewed from 5 ft. in order to evaluate colors and printing.

Latex Photo Print Charge (#80940): $60.00(C). Microfoil Photo Print Charge (#80941): $73.00(C).

Reproduction of photographs requires either a quality, 5" x 7" print with good contrast, or an electronic file at a minimum of 150 dpi at actual printed size. Black and white images preferred. Light backgrounds with images as large as possible within the frame will give the best result. For photos of people, the shot should include head and shoulders with little or no background.

Dark ink requires a positive image and is recommended for light balloons; light ink requires a reverse image and is recommended for dark balloons. When combining light and dark inks, two cuts/screens will be required. Minimum order quantities apply for each cut/screen. For best results, photo should occupy at least half of the imprint area. Vector art for graphics/type may be required. Not available on 30" or 36" latex balloons.

Art Storing/Repeat Orders–Customer-supplied art will be returned only when requested. Final art will remain on file for the remainder of the current year plus three more years. Any repeat order after the above time period will require new production-ready art. New screen charges will also apply.
