Pinehurst had its annual inter house galas on 3 and 4 March 2016. Rob Buck, Sports Director at Pinehurst had this to say about the event: "Swimming is an important life skill and it has been amazing to witness the incredible effort that has been invested by coaches, parents and children in the pool this term. This has lead to some wonderful results, both from a participation and performance perspective: • We saw every child in the foundation phase participate in either a length or width across the pool and the competence and confidence levels of the children were fantastic to observe. • We also saw six new school swimming records set over the two days which is a fantastic achievement."
