A Case Story by Delbert Baursachs

In July 28, 1961 I married my special farm girl Mildred that was waiting for me. My folks just lived across the road from the shop and I lived a couple hundred feet south of the shop. My mother, Mayme was the bookkeeper and parts lady, and she was very good at it. My dad and I were the mechanics and salesmen.

In 1962 sales started getting better, and in 1963-1965 sales took off big time. We sold around 600 pieces of Case equipment in the years that the business was open. I setup a lot of new machinery and helped in parts when it was needed.
