Social Impact

Wade Munday has been named the new Director of Corporate Philanthropy and Social Impact at Bridgestone Americas. In this newly created position, he will advance and oversee the strategy and execution of Bridgestone’s philanthropic and social programmes, including sustainability, DEandI and stakeholder engagement. In addition, Munday will manage the Bridgestone Americas Trust Fund’s operations, corporate giving and workplace giving.

Munday has 15 years of experience working with nonprofits, corporate trusts and governmental entities His most recent position was as Co-Director of The Addis Clinic, a nonprofit organisation whose mission is to increase healthcare access for people in communities across Africa. Munday, a lifelong resident of Nashville, graduated with a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.
