Pigeon Toe’s aspiration is simple: to provide mankind with everyday beauty. Highly curated and refined, each piece is culled from skilled hands, trained minds and inspired hearts. Founded in 2009, our studio exists in the heart of charming Southeast Industrial Portland. Featuring artisan objects that transcend trends, each piece is an attempt to redefine a new age of homegrown, grassroots aesthetics. custom color choices:
All of our ceramics are glazed with certified food safe and lead free glazes. Our products are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing you items to best preserve the work, and avoid prolonged soaking in water if the item is unglazed. Do not heat above 400° or expose to dramatic temperature shifts.

Stains on unglazed surfaces can easily be removed with baking soda and water. We recommend barkeeper’s friend to remove silverware marks from dish surfaces. Ceramics are made by hand to order in our studio in Portland, in high-quality, locally-sourced porcelain. The wood pieces in our line are handcrafted in Portland using salvage, scrap and/or sustainably-sourced wood. Textiles are screenprinted using waterbased inks. They are printed + sewn in Portland with imported fabric. Machine wash cold + line dry. Leather cords are vegetable dyed and made in the USA.

For items with leather cord color options, place the color initial at the end of the product sku to indicate your choice. Unspecified colors will be sent as pictured in our catalog.

Payment & DELIVERY TERMS Please contact us via email when placing a wholesale order at hello@pigeontoeceramics.com. There is an order form at the back of the linesheet we ask be used for opening orders. We do not have a fax machine or a receptionist to process orders over the telephone. For opening orders, prepayment via Paypal, credit card or check is required at the time of order + production begins upon clearing of funds. Payment upon ship date is available to qualifying retailers for reorders. There is a $300 minimum on ceramics and a $150 minimum on textiles. Products can be ordered together but cannot be combined to meet individual category minimums. Minimum quantities per design apply + are stated on our pricelist. As each piece is made by hand to order, there is a 4-6 week minimum fulďŹ llment on all orders. We do not drop-ship or offer our products on consignment. Buyer pays shipping. All orders shipped via UPS. Locally, studio pick-up is available (please indicate when placing your order that you will not require shipping) or delivery in the Portland metro area for a $10 fee. Shipping via postal mail is available as a more economical freight option to our overseas customers. However please note tracking and insurance may not be available for packages shipping via USPS, and Pigeon Toe will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise shipped in this manner. For international orders, duties, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are billed to the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges Shipping cost for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all accompanying materials and show no signs of use. It is necessary to request return authorization before sending your returned merchandise. Items sent without a RA will be refused and returned to sender. Please e-mail your request for return authorization, including the reason for return, to hello@pigeontoeceramics. com, Subject: Returns. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Insurance and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items. Pigeon Toe Ceramics will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable. All items are handmade and inspected for quality before shipping. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please email hello@pigeontoeceramics.com within one week of receiving your order. Upon receiving your order, Inspect your package for shipping damage.
