Education: Law Enforcement Supervisors Leadership Training Program LESLTP-2001, Miller Heiman Group/ Building Leadership, Department of Defense Human Resources Supervisor Program, Non-commissioned Officer Academy, Advanced Management Training Academy, Special Operations Support Personnel Training Academy, Federal Uniformed Police Training Program and Detroit Police Academy. Community Service: Continually serving as a Community Policing Representative to reconnect/connect the relationship with public servants. Statement: I strive to lead from the front through vision, values, experience and trust. Pierce County as a whole is going to grow and I will strive to solve the unique challenges that will be brought. I am approachable along with understanding to new and old ideas that work. I will build a well-rounded department that the Pierce County Community needs. I will ensure that the department will continue to evolve and implement the changes to transparency throughout the community. Leading from the front is and has always been my goal. Protecting life and property are at the highest priority of this community to ensure this as a continued priority, I will advocate adding deputies to reduce response times and increase employment opportunities throughout the community.
