Le Solan Peisey-Nancroix FRANCE

In July 2003, Christophe and Patricia, originally from Savoy, left the town of Aix-les-Bains and settled in Peisey-Nancroix. Their dream of setting up a business in a ski resort became a reality when they acquired a family residence located at the foot of the “Vanoise Express” cable car. A warm welcome, charming décor, Savoyard cuisine and a perfect location ensured the restaurant enjoyed rapid success. a steam bath and sauna, home-made chips, pasta and homemade hamburgers, pizza deliveries, a conference hall and more. In 2008, as visitor numbers increased, Le Solan expanded from 30 to 100 seats indoors as well as 80 on the outdoor terrace. In order to meet customer demand, in 2009 they set up a snack bar, Le Mazot, on the edge of the slopes. It took off immediately! Le Solan has an international clientele, with many customers returning each year, adding to the restaurant’s warm and friendly atmosphere. It is open every day from 9 am to 11 pm during the winter and summer, with Christophe and Patricia on hand to ensure an unforgettable experience.
