We don’t have speedy trials anymore as the Constitution specifies, it can take several years before a case is heard. Why? Most civil cases are not heard by juries anymore, when the Constitution “GIVES us the RIGHT,” to a trial by Jury, when the amount is $20. dollars or more. Why? And then they have the audacity to “charge us” for that right. Why? Now in many courts, they use 6 man juries instead of 12 man juries as the Constitution specifies. Why? A 6 man Jury is a tampered Jury, one the Judge and prosecuting attorney can tamper with much easier. Bail and fines and Lawyer fees are prohibitive to the working man. Why? The constitution says that ALL legislative (LAWMAKING) power shall be vested in the Congress. Where does it mention the Federal Register where hundreds of rules and regulations are published every week, or the judges making laws, and miss interpreting older laws? WHERE IS JUSTICE? ONLY CONGRESS HAS THE RIGHT TO DECLARE WAR, SO WHEN DID THE PRESIDENT GET THIS POWER? Wow!! No wonder the second amendment, “to keep and bear arms” was added to the U.S. Constitution; to give us the right to defend our God given rights, our Constitutional guaranteed rights, our common law rights, and the rights that go back to the Magna-Carta, “trial by jury.” It’s plain to see as wise Ole’ Patrick Henry said would happen, the American politicians, judges and police have become too corrupt to do so. They have lost their virtue! That same party requires you to pay a penalty (permit or impact fee) for the right to use what is already yours like your own land, is this not also extortion, and those who advocate such laws, are they not criminals too? QUESTIONS: if someone threatens you for building your home on property you bought and paid for, or denies you the use of your land, is he not your enemy, even though he may use the “law or government regulation” instead of a gun? Is it less of a crime because such actions are done under cloak of the law, laws that violate your rights under the constitution?
