This “death penalty” promised by God in the Bible may be brought about in many ways, other than through God's punishment. Most men end up working long hours and weekends and holidays, and worry themselves to death, never get caught up. They even have to send their wives out to work, just to keep up. They either don't have children, or get abortions because they think they can't afford children. Then money or debt worries bring on divorces. Losing everything you have ever worked for, is another form of living death, as being in debt is living death or living hell, at best.
