Dipolog City Mayor to ink MOA with NFA, MASICAP II By Alfonso T. Ruda DIPOLOG CITY - The Dipolog City government will soon ink a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the National Food Authority to facilitate rice acquisition for relief operation for the victims of calamities. Meanwhile, another MOA will be signed by Dipolog City Mayor Evelyn T. Uy with the MSME Development Foundation Inc., (MASICAP II) to provide direct assistance to micro, small and medium scale enterprises in the city and countryside business development in this area.
