Out of the more than one thousand Community eCenters all over the country, the M’lang CeC topped them all in the said category, Cortado said. technical assistance and Information Technology facilities from the National Computer Center and the Central Mindanao Computer School as a partner institution in the conduct of the various ICT training program. The program was implemented to help the out of school youth especially the poor and deserving students whose parents can’t afford expensive education in colleges and universities. The implementation also includes the Barangay Officials, Professionals and Women’s who has no background about computers.
