According to Mr. Joel Plaza, PDEA-Caraga OIC-Regional Director, they are now focusing on social networking sites used
by drug pushers and traffickers in transacting with their prospective customers and victims. Plaza said that
drug case posted this year has decreased as compared to the previous year, based on PDEA records.
