She, further, instructed the officials for the identification of the needed seedling preference, the area where they will be planted, proper documentation of reports and for them to submit NGP pictorials of sites, particularly before, during and after planting. It was gathered that training and accreditation of nursery operations will be undertaken by the regional office. DILG takes lead in PPEI project implementation CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Misamis Oriental- The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) will be the lead agency that shall review the use of revenues from natural resources. This was revealed by Regional Director Loreto M. Bhagwani of DILG, region 10, who said DILG will also serve as the link to poverty-environment opportunities with key planning and budgeting guidelines of local government units (LGUs) including application of LGU best practices. four (4) other government agencies for the implementation of the Philippine Poverty Environment Initiative (PPEI) project that seeks to reduce poverty in the country. These agencies are the Departments of Finance (DOF), Budget and Management (DBM), Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC).
