The Friday night lights shine on the fifth winningest football team in the state of Kansas.
Gavin Stark, senior, has high hopes for the season.

“Dump has never had a team that has three shutouts since he’s been coaching, let alone in the first four games,” Stark said.

Varsity football has four shutouts so far, making them undefeated.
Paola football has a reputation for being successful, but there’s always teams that stick out more than the rest. He said getting a shutout is a team effort.
“I really don’t think of it in terms of wins and losses, I was concerned about our physicality and how well we were going to hold onto the ball but we did both pretty well,” Dumpert said.
