The project is a particular issue for advice in organizing the space of landscape architecture and land use which the previous consulting didn’t achieve as satisfactory.

Our firm has organized an internal competition to find the optimal option and then my plan is chosen based on the following factors: 1/ Selected network of chessboard roads to create internal communities and connectivity with neighbor projects. 2 / Mixed-use buildings were created in the main roads in order to increase the efficiency of land use and contribute urban landscape. 3 / The public utilities are located to ensure optimal radius approach. 4 / Existing spring linked to central park and other open space which were an interconnected green system.
