e are excited to announce a new partnership with Grand Canyon University. This collaborative partnership is designed to mutually benefit both organizations to strengthen Christian education for this generation and the next. Bringing GCU faculty and pre-service teacher candidates to the Phoenix Christian campus and classrooms will provide additional support and innovation for the classroom through the sharing and modeling of new strategies and best practices. Additionally, the pre-service teacher candidates will engage with the teachers and students in a hands-on, realistic learning environment. The focus of this partnership will be around the overall instructional program. This includes brain-based and engaging instructional strategies as well as appropriate use of technology. Because of the Christian foundations of Phoenix Christian, these strategies will include Biblical integration into the academic content. This partnership aligns with the Phoenix Christian strategic plan “Educating the Mind�.
