Endowment Funds Established in 2014–2015 Addison Gallery of American Art: Sherrill Family Fund Established in 2014 with a gift from Katherine D. and Stephen C. Sherrill ’71, P’05, ’07, ’10. The Academy shall use annual distributions from the fund to support the Addison Gallery of American Art. Richard Burnett Fund Established in 2014 with a distribution from the terminated gift annuity of the late Richard W. Burnett ’36. The Academy shall use income from the fund to support its general uses and purposes without restriction. Currie Family Directorship of the Tang Institute at Andover Established in 2015 by Peter L.S. Currie ’74, P’03 charter trustee [2004–] and president of the Board of Trustees [2012–]. The Academy shall use annual distributions from the fund for salary, benefits, professional development, and related expenses for the director of the Tang Institute. Currie Fund for the Tang Institute at Andover Established in 2015 by Peter L.S. Currie ’74, P’03 charter trustee [2004–] and president of the Board of Trustees [2012–]. Distributions from the fund shall be used to provide support for the Tang Institute. Joseph W. ’54 and Hon Mai Goodman (MS)2 Scholarship Fund Established in 2015 by Joseph W. Goodman ’54 and his wife, Hon Mai Goodman. Distributions from the fund shall be used for financial aid scholarships for students in the (MS)2 program.

Income from the fund will be used to provide comprehensive scholarship assistance (including, but not limited to, tuitionand curriculum-related expenses, as well as family support) to low-income U.S. students who have the potential to be the first in their immediate family to attend collegeβ€”and for whom Andover offers a transformative educational experience. Peter R. Ramsey Fund Established in 2014 with an initial gift from Richard J. Phelps ’46, P’73, ’89, GP’14, and subsequently augmented with gifts from various other donors, in honor of Peter R. Ramsey, former secretary of the Academy. The Academy shall use annual distributions from the fund to support financial aid scholarships, with a preference that it provide tuition for faculty children attending a secondary school other than Phillips Academy, in accordance with the Academy’s policy on Tuition Remission for Children of Faculty and Administrators. Teece Family Fund Established in 2015 by Leigh and David Teece, P’09, ’12, ’15. Income from the fund shall be used to support the mission, operations, and programs of the Tang Institute at Andover. Hoine Family Scholarship Established in 2014 with gifts from Andrew Hoine ’92 and his wife, Jennifer Hoine. Income from the fund shall be used to provide financial aid scholarships, with a preference to support Jewish students or students from Israel. Kelsey Scholarship Fund Established in 2014 with a distribution from the terminated gift annuity of the late Harvey M. Kelsey Jr. ’41. The Academy shall use income from the fund to support financial aid scholarships, with a preference for candidates from the United States. MacMillan Family Scholarship Established in 2015 with a gift through the Thondex Foundation, founded by Louise P. and John H. MacMillan IV, in honor of their daughters, Ashley ’04, Charlotte ’05, and Elizabeth ’08.
