Become self-confident and certified in pool operations through a blended, learning format! The Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) Pool & Spa Operator Certification is designed to provide you with basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of efficient, pool and spa operations. Candidates will be provided access to the Pool Operator Primer online perquisite class, a Pool & Spa Operator Handbook, and the virtual Pool Operator Fusion session(s). Classes are conducted via Microsoft Teams and led by a PHTA instructor. CPO certification is widely accepted by industry authorities and valid for five years. To be issued the CPO Certification, students must attend all virtual Pool Operator Fusion sessions, be visible on webcam during the entire exam time, and successfully pass the online certification exam. Mobile phones are not recommended for taking the test.
