PRINCESS GALYANI VADHANA INSTITUTE OF MUSIC Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music, Thailand, was initiated in 2007 as a royal project celebrating the occasion of the 84th birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra. Following her royal vision to educate new audiences as well as developing an international standard for Thai musicians, the institute aims to create platforms for students, musicians, professionals and general audiences in order to exchange their musical experiences, make dialogues and share their love of music together. The institute, currently, offers two creatively designed Bachelor and Master of Music programs where students would learn to interact and to integrate the existing tools in order to find creative solutions or new innovation for their questions, and to promote deeper understanding of classical music, within the contemporary context of the World.

Situated near the ionic Rama VIII bridge and the historic Bang Yi Khan area, Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music not only aims to be a leader in integrating and crossing music with other disciplines but to maintain history of traditional and classical music within the society through outreach and music for society projects.

PRINCESS GALYANI VADHANA AND CLASSICAL MUSIC “On ne peut atteindre ni à l’art ni à la sagesse si l’on ne s’est pas adonné à leur étude” (One cannot attain art of wisdom if one has not devoted oneself to their study) - a quote

by Democritus was one of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra’s favourite quote which summarize who Her Royal Highness was.

Passed away in 2008, Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra had left many legacies that can still be felt strongly in today’s Thai society.

Believing that lifelong learning is important for human development, Her Royal Highness’ activities focused on promoting education, social works, healthcare, liberal arts, and cultural activities. Aside from these activities, Her Royal Highness’s love of classical music was well evidenced. To classical musicians and organizations in Thailand, she was the greatest supporter behind its development.

Born in London on Sunday, 6 May 1923, Princess Galyani Vadhana was the eldest sister to the two late kings of Thailand, King Ananthamahidon Phra Atthamaramathibodin, and King Bhumibhol the Great. Her Royal Highness was exposed to classical music at a very young age, through piano learning and listening to classical music while finishing her school’s assignments. This led to her deep understanding of classical music.

Upon moving back to Thailand, Her Royal Highness would attend classical music performances when abled in order to support classical musicians and organizations. In 2000, Her Royal Highness donated her personal budget to support music learning for youth which, later, became Fund for Classical Music Promotion Under the Patronage of HRH Princess Galyani Vadhana. This funding has been the springboard in developing young Thai classical musicians who would play important roles in raising the standard of Thai classical musicians today.

In order to continue Her Royal Highness’ wishes to promote classical music and to make it sustainable within the context of Thailand, Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music was established.

Princess Galyani Vadhana International Music Festival inaugurates In 2020 as part of a new project initiation by Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music (PGVIM) which aims to continue its mission in realizing Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana’s vision in promoting and supporting classical music in Thailand. The second festival is part of a three-year plan to celebrate the centennial celebration of Princess Galyani Vadhana in 2023 by being an international stage for classical music performance. Furthermore, the festival aims to support musicians and artists by providing platforms to show their creativity as well as challenging them to be more proactive in promoting their works to Thai society.

In order to achieve an ecosystem that supports music creations, the business model pitching competition seeks ideas from promoters, creators, or the business sector to fulfil the goal.

This year's festival inaugurates the festival logo which was inspired by the iconic Rama VIII bridge, where Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music is located, the hidden G-clef within the institute logo, and by Saeng Neung Kue Rung Ngam (แสงหนึ่งคือรุ้งงาม), a song about Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana. The song compares the princess to an invisible light that brings out the hidden beauty and goodness when reflected upon. Thus, the logo represents the festival's aim, to be a place to support classical music and to be a platform to showcase the talents of the next generation musicians.

ARTISTS BIOGRAPHY

Roberto Alvarez

Diversity of styles is a hallmark of Roberto’s concerts and recitals. As a matter of fact he feels just as comfortable performing classical, baroque or avant-garde music as well as celtic, jazz or rock.

He has received various international prizes, such as the Diploma of Honor in the Torneo Internazionale di Musica, Concurso Internacional de Música “Paper de Musica” de Capellades, the Ángel Muñíz Toca Award and the Ciutat de Manresa Prize.

Chamber music and orchestra playing are two of Roberto’s passions. He has performed with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, the Asturias Symphony Orchestra, Oviedo Filarmonía, BachAkademie, the Algarve Orchestra, the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, Malaysian Philharmonic, working with the most renowned conductors.

He shows his interest not only in classical formations, but has also participated in several jazz and folk groups, always looking for new sonorities for the flute, and has performed the music of his region, Asturias, all over the World. Roberto’s passion for new music has led him to perform World Premieres very often in his recitals and recordings.

In addition to his performances he is an enthusiastic flute teacher, having given masterclasses in Youth Orchestras and several conservatories and festivals. He currently teaches at the School of the Arts and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, in Singapore, and at the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music, in Thailand.

Roberto has been the Solo Piccolo at the Singapore Symphony Orchestra since July 2007.

COLLABORATED ARTISTS

Kalaya Phongsathorn

Kalaya Phongsathorn has been the flute and piccolo player of the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra since 2011. As a sought after performer and educator who has gathered a significant fan base through the years, Kalaya performs regularly with the Sawasdee Woodwind Quintet, which she co-founded, in Thailand and overseas. She also appears with the Jatujak Flute Quartet, the Million Wind Philharmonic, as well as giving her solo and chamber music recitals.

Her contribution to the development of the flute community in Thailand extends to organizing various major flute events such as international flute master classes and festivals since 2012.

She also commissioned a Thai Sonatina for Flute and Piano, Sonata for Piccolo and Piano by Morakot Cherdchoo-ngarm, and Rum-Wong for flute ensemble by Dr. Komsun Dilokkunanant, to present at the 9th Singapore Flute Festival in 2018. Her achievements expand beyond music where she is also a certified Yoga Instructor. She has incorporated yoga into her performance and rehearsal preparations and has been frequently invited to be a guest artist in music and yoga in music festivals in Thailand and abroad since 2015. Currently, she is an adjunct flute and chamber music lecturer at the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music, the Rugby School Thailand and owns a private Music and Yoga Studio, Baanflute.

Kalaya received her Bachelor Degree of Fine and Applied Arts from Chulalongkorn University and graduated with summa cum Laude (first class honors), and was awarded a full scholarship from the Austrian government to the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien in 2006. Kalaya received piccolo instruction from Mr. Roberto Alvarez, the principal piccoloist of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra as she pursued her Master Degree of Music at Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music, Thailand.

Usa Napawan

Usa ventured into political science for her undergraduate studies in International Relations from Chulalongkorn University. It was not until her postgraduate studies that she decided to return to music and received her Master in Music in Piano Performance from the College of Music, Mahidol University under the tutelage of Dr. Nopanand Chanorathaikul. Her former piano instructors are Prof. Mag. Margit Heider Dechant, Dr. Suwanna Wangsophon, Dr. Eri Nakagawa and Kannika Issawas.

She has a long-standing artistic relationship with the Pro Musica international vocal and collaborative piano masterclasses under the renowned vocal coach Loh Siew Tuan. She has worked closely with Ms. Loh and the celebrated collaborative pianist Hein Boterberg in masterclasses held in Thailand and Malaysia in collaboration with Opera Studio Vlanderen (Belgium) from 2008-2013.

Currently, she is a sought-after educator and collaborative pianist who performs and collaborative projects regularly with both Thai and international artists, including Apichai Laemthong, Kalaya Phongsathorn, Chaiphat Tripipitsiriwat, Nuttha Kuankajorn, Jonathan Glonek, Julien Beaudiment, Trevor W. Wye, Raphael Leone, James Hall, Philippe Cuper, Edwin Rodriguez, Sergio Bosi, Arnaldo de Felice, Angela Firkins and Gianni Biocotino. She's also a part time faculty at international schools and Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music teaching collaborative 12

piano and chamber music.

Morakot Cherdchoo-ngarm

Morakot Cherdchoo-ngarm is a composer, pianist, and the Grand Prize winner from the 2010 Young Thai Artist Award. His compositions have been performed in music festivals such as Flute Festival Singapore 2018, Thailand Flute Festival 2018, Thailand Brass and Percussion Conference, Thailand International Composition Festival 2015 & 2017. He received commissions from Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, Tacet(i) Ensemble, Bangkok Modern Ensemble, Mahidol Wind Orchestra. He won the 3rd prize from the 8th Bangkok Chopin Piano Competition in the Fourth Age Category.

Thanidar Iamsirikulmitr

Thanida was born in Bangkok, Thailand. She graduated from Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Department of Music Performance in Bangkok, Thailand.

To enrich her knowledge in flute playing, Thanida had join masterclass with Robert Aitken, Julien Beaudiment and Trevor Wye. Thanida has participated in many ensembles, orchestras, competition and festivals both nationally and internationally such as Siam Sinfonieta, Osaka International Music Competition 2013 and Utrecht Early Music Festival 2018.

In 2015, Thanida came to HKU Utrechts Conservatorium to studied a modern flute with Aldo Baerten, principal flute of Antwerp Symphony Orchestra. In 2019, Thanida finished her Master degree from HKU Utrechts Conservatorium, Department of Historical Performance, studied historical flutes with Wilbert Hazelzet, principal flute of Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra, in the Netherlands.

Thanida is actively performing with Les Quatre Nations Ensemble and Ensemble Apeliote.

Phataporn Preechanon

Phataporn Preechanon was born on March 4, 1997 in Bangkok, Thailand. Phataporn is interested in contemporary music and creative work. In her graduate recital, she combined traditional music with new music by including electronics and improvisation with soundscapes. In 2018 she co-founded a contemporary ensemble named ‘Ensemble Laboratory’, which focuses on collaboration with arts; In 2019 she also became a member of Taceti with its focus on new compositions from both local and international composers as well as new works with elements of technology, improvisation and theater.

Chatkul Wissutthisara

Chatkul began her flute lessons at the age of nine by joined a marching band of Saint Francis Xavier Convent school. She continue her interest in music and decided to study at Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music. At PGVIM she has an opportunities to improve her own interest in Art and Music through "Collage" and "Desire" which is her Graduate Recital Projects

Siraphob Maitreesirimongkol

Sirapop Maitreesirimongkol Started playing the flute in the year 2008 before joining the Assumption College Band in 2010 under the supervision of AJ. Wichai Yongwanichchit. Thereafter, Siraphob had the opportunity to study flute under AJ. Kalaya Pongsathorn in the year 2016 and graduated from Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music in 2021.

Siraphop participated in numerous prestigious musical and academic activities such as the 11th Summa Cum Laude International Youth Orchestra Competition 2017, YST Bali Camp 2018, Singapore flute festival and competition 2018 and ASEAN Youth Ensemble 2019, as well as having attended master classes with Roberto Alvarez, Angela Firkins, Elisabeth Dooner and Sarah Newbold.

ARTISTS Pichamon Mookmaneekun (Prizewinner from Art Song - University Division, and Opera Ensemble - High School & University Division)

Pichamon was born in 2002 in Bangkok, Thailand. She started singing and taking basic singing lessons at a very young age. She attended a catholic school at Assumption Convent Bangkok for her primary and secondary schooling. During those years, she often participated in the school’s singing competitions, receiving the 1st prizes and the 2nd prizes. In 2015 Pichamon joined Assumption Cathedral Youth Choir and Assumption Cathedral Choir, and had the experiences of taking the major singing roles in school’s annual Christmas musicals for several years. In May 2019 Pichamon was a member of Thai Catholic Choir and was the soloist in the Mass performance for the 350th Anniversary of the Mission of Siam. In November 2019, she joined the Thai Catholic Choir performance once more in the Mass performance lead by Pope Francis at Supachalasai National Stadium and Assumption Cathedral in Bangkok, Thailand. In June 2019 Pichamon took classical singing lessons with Ajarn Zion Daoratanahong to prepare for her university entrance audition.

In December 2019, she was admitted to the undergraduate program in Classical Vocal Performance at College of Music, Mahidol University. In July 2021, Pichamon was one of the finalists in the 22nd Osaka International Music Competition in University Voice category. On April 24th 2022, she was the 1st prize Winner of Princess Galyani Vadhana Institude of Music Voice Competition 18

in both Art Song category and Opera Ensemble (Duet) category. Pichamon is currently a second year student under the instruction of Prof. Nancy Tsui-Ping Wei.

Chanakan Amarangkun (Prizewinner from Opera Ensemble - High School & University Division)

Chanakan Amarangkun was born in Hatyai, Thailand in 2001. Her musical journey began when she began piano lessons with Professor Akiko Fujie at the age of five. She has performed at the annual Studio Piano Concert for many years. She became interested in learning classical singing with Professor Manassanan Aksornteang in 2014.

In December 2019, she had the honorable opportunity to perform in Vienna at an event organized by the Royal Thai Embassy to celebrate Thai National Day. In January 2020, she sang the role of Raoul de St. Brioche in the operetta "The Merry Widow" at the College of Music, Mahidol University’s opera production. In August 2020, with her best efforts, she reached the final round of the OSAKA International Music Competition. In one of her proud achievements, in December 2020, she performed as a vocal soloist with the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra in "Christmas with the Thailand Phil".

In January 2021, once more she won the silver medal prize in the 23rd SET Youth Music Competition.

In April 2022, she won the 2nd Prize Award of PGVIM Aria, Art song and Ensemble Competition in Art

song category (University Division) and the 1st Prize Award in Ensemble category (University Division).

Chanakan Amarangkun is currently enrolled as a third year student in Classical Vocal Performance under the studio instruction of Professor Nancy Tsui-Ping Wei.

Punyanuch Wattanavinin (Prizewinner from Aria - High School Division)

Punyanuch Wattanavinin was born in 2003. She started singing pop music when she was 10 years old and went on to study classical music at Siraya Music School in 2018 with Mr.Teerawut Nunuy. After finishing grade 9 at Satreeprasertsin School, she decided to go to the College of Music, Mahidol University in the Pre-college program, where she is currently studying grade 12 under the guidance of Ajarn Kamonporn Huncharoen.

Since studying at YAMP, she has had various performances including a leading role in Hansel & Gretel, and multiple awards such as being a Thai representative of the 21st Osaka International Music Competition - Classical - Age-H, the Gold Prize Winner in the VOICE Category - class A - Sugree Charoensook International Music Competition. Other than awards, she has had the chance to perform in the 2020 and 2021 school year Honor Concerts, and has also received the Premdontree Scholarship from the College of Music, Mahidol University for the 2021 school year. She is now a Classical Voice major studying with Ajarn Kamonporn Huncharoen.

Sahatsaya Rintarasoontorn (Prizewinner from Art Song - University Division)

Sahatsaya Rintarasoontorn was born in 2000 in Bangkok, Thailand. She started learning music at age of 5 and started her classical singing lessons at the age of 17 with Ms. Challisar Jongcharoenchaikul. In 2017, She passed the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music Examination in Piano and Voice both in grade 8 at the same time. In the same year, She was admitted to the College of Music, Mahidol University as a Vocal Performance major under the studio instruction of Prof. Nancy Tsui-Ping Wei. Now, She currently a 4th year student under the studio instruction of Ms. Manasanun Aksornteang.

Pimmada Ko-amornsup (Prizewinner from Aria - High School Division)

Since Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music was founded on 26 May 2012, the institute has been instrumental in being a platform for creating and promoting classical music in different ways. It has since been emphasizing the importance of an artist whose mind never stopped learning and exploring, and whose heart understands the importance of being in the context of Thai society and contemporary culture. “Musique de la Vie et de la Terre” or Music of Life, Music of Land becomes Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music philosophy that aims to fulfill Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana’s wishes in supporting young Thai classical musicians, and to promote classical music in Thailand.

Assistant Professor Choowit Yurayong, president of Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music, leads PYO (Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music Youth Orchestra) and PGVIM’s faculties in the exciting repertoire of Arturo Márquez's Danzón No. 2 which showcases the orchestral member, a rarely heard Ludwig van Beethoven: Symphony no. 10 is a perfect complement to the celebration and the celebratory Pomp and Circumstance no. 4 by Sir Edward Elgar.

ARTISTS BIOGRAPHY

Prach Boondiskulchok

London-based Thai musician Prach Boondiskulchok enjoys a uniquely diverse career as a pianist, fortepianist, and composer. His ensemble the Linos Piano Trio won the First Prize and Audience Prize at the 2015 Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition. In 2020, the ensemble released the premiere recording of C. P. E. Bach’s Complete Piano Trios (Accompanied Piano Sonatas) with Cavi Music, receiving five-star reviews from across the European press. The most recent recording "Stolen Music" from 2021 won the chamber music category of the German Record Critics' Award.

Equally at home improvising 18th C. ornaments and composing microtonal harmonies, Prach’s performances have taken him to international stages and festivals including London’s Wigmore, Barbican, and Royal Festival Halls, Muziekgebouw (Eindhoven), Nikolaisaal (Potsdam), Thailand Cultural Centre (Bangkok), IMS Open Chamber Music (Prussia Cove, UK), Geelvinck Fortepiano Festival (Amsterdam), and the Birdfoot Festival (New Orleans). As a chamber musician, he has given recitals with Steven Isserlis, Roger Chase, and Leonid Gorokhov.

After formative years at the Yehudi Menuhin School under the guidance of Peter Norris, Prach won Princess Galyani Vadhana’s full scholarship to study at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He has additionally benefited from the guidance of Mstislav Rostropovich, Richard Goode, András Schiff, Ferenc Rados, Eberhardt Feltz, Malcolm Bilson, Melvyn Tan and Carole Cerasi.

A passionate educator and scholar, Prach served as a faculty member at the Yehudi Menuhin School from 2010-2015, and was Visiting Professor at the Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music in Bangkok 2014-2017. He currently teaches piano and chamber music at London's Royal College of Music and The Hague's Royal Conservatory. Since 2017, he has been an Artist-in-Residence at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire with the Linos Piano Trio.

Dr. Akkrawat Paye Srinarong

Dr. Akkrawat (Paye) Srinarong is violinist, conductor, producer, educator and entrepreneur of the 21st century. Forbes Thailand regarded him as “an entrepreneurial violinist; a pioneer who harmoniously combines music alongside modern entrepreneurship. An artist who pushes barriers and enhances society through his musicianship and creativity for higher purpose.”

The first recipient of HRH Princess Galyani Vadhana Classical Music Funds, Akkrawat’s passion as a violinist towards connecting music to a wider audience over three decades with over a thousand performances in six continents have earn him international recognition. His crossover band VIETRIO with two siblings have enjoyed chart topping albums and presented concerts worldwide. His “boyband” chamber ensemble JEEB launched two festivals since 2013 and released Thailand’s first classical albums available on all major online music platforms.

Akkrawat became Music Director of Thai Youth Orchestra (TYO) in 2017. In his inaugural year he led the young ensemble to First Prize at the prestigious Summa Cum Laude International Youth Orchestra Competition in Vienna, immediately giving Thailand international musical recognition followed by Spain tours in 2018 and 2019. Amidst the pandemic, the orchestra have been active online through #TYOdigital campaign, releasing contents and presenting virtual concerts, with hundreds of thousands viewers tuning in since 2020.

As an educator he co-founded Viemus Music School with his family in 2008, creating a high standard music community, grooming local talents at an early age and also bringing families and friends together through music making.

Dr. Paye received his early music education from his father, Prof. Phukorn Srinarong. He attended London’s Purcell School, Royal Academy of Music, Yale University, and SUNY Stony Brook New York, where he became and remains the only Thai violinist with a Doctor of Musical Arts degree since 2012.

Panyaphat Wongwechwiwat

Thai cellist Panyaphat Wongwechwiwat has performed in numerous renowned concert venues including Carnegie Hall in New York City, Royal Festival Hall and Wigmore Hall in London, Musikverein in Vienna, and Suntory Hall in Tokyo. He has had the opportunities to perform and work with conductors such as Valery Gergiev, Alan Gilbert, Leonard Slatkin, Bernard Haitink, Esa-Pekka Salonen, Edward Gardner, and Itzhak Perlman, and played in master classes for Frans Helmerson and Raphael Wallfisch. At the age of 10, Panyaphat attended Harrow International School Bangkok with a full scholarship where he studied cello with Andrew Healey, before furthering his music education with a full scholarship at The Purcell School for Young Musicians in the UK, in 2008. In May 2016, he became the first Thai musician to have graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree from The Juilliard School in New York, one of the most prestigious and selective music conservatories in the world. Panyaphat is currently working in Bangkok where he plays with the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra as assistant principal cellist. He had also worked with Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra and Pro Musica. He is a member of JEEB Bangkok Ensemble and a cello tutor at Thai Youth Orchestra.

As part of the festival's objective to realize Her Royal Highness' vision in promoting classical music to Thai society, the competitions aim to explore possibilities for making classical music sustainable for the current and future contexts in Thailand. In order to create a path for the future of classical music in Thailand, one might wonder what help might it need.

Classical music and its musicians in Thailand have been struggling long before the current pandemic begins. From not getting enough support or being seen as a genre requiring a deeper understanding with strict concert etiquette, the demand for classical music is not enough to support Thai classical musicians where many of them had sadly changed their careers. At the same time, classical musicians are only trained to perfect their performing skills which might not be enough for the fast changing world.

The competitions aim to find possibilities in generating classical music industry, creating more demand, adding more value, to make it more sustainable within the context of Thai society.

CALL FOR ARTISTS PROJECT Introduction Call for Artists (formerly known as Performance and Promotion Competition), inaugurated in 2020 , aims to encourage Thai classical musicians to propose and present their fresh approach to classical music as well as to realize the importance of promotion through marketing planning and public relations that will help increase the artistic value and the performer’s reputation further.

With a fresh approach but without neglecting the above aims, this year's competition invited young Thai classical musicians to submit a proposal where it will be selected by a panel of distinguished and well respected personnel, in the field of music industry, public relation, and festival organizer, to perform at the festival. Successful artists will receive a support prize of 20,000 THB. Special prizes of 20,000 THB each will be given to the ensemble with the best performance quality and the highest audience.

Introduction As part of Princess Galyani Vadhana International Festival’s objective to realize Her Royal Highness' vision in promoting classical music to Thai society, a business model pitching competition aims to find sustainable ways to generate the classical music industry by providing an opportunity for any visionary minds, at the average age under 30, to propose business models and to explore possibilities for making classical music sustainable for the current and future contexts in Thailand.

The competition invites five highly experienced experts that are well respected in the field of music, classical music, and business to be an honorary adjudicator and to give a workshop to the applicants. The prize includes the best model prize which will receive 100,000 Baht and an one honorable mention prize of 25,000 Baht.

Competition Regulations (in Thai) 1. มี​ีสมาชิ​ิกต่​่อที​ีมไม่​่เกิ​ิน 8 คน 2. ผู้​้�สมั​ัครต้​้องมี​ีอายุ​ุเกิ​ิน 17 ปี​ี และ อายุ​ุเฉลี่​่�ยรวมภายในที​ีมไม่​่เกิ​ิน 30 ปี​ี ภายในวั​ันที่​่�ส่​่งใบสมั​ัคร 3. ผู้​้�เข้​้าประกวดมี​ี สิ​ิทธิ์​์� ส่​่งผลงานเข้​้ า ร่​่ วมประกวดได้​้ เ พี​ี ย งแผนเดี​ี ย วเท่​่ า นั้​้� น หากปรากฏมี​ี ชื่​่� อซ้ำำ�กั � ั น ในผลงาน มากกว่​่า 1 แผน จะไม่​่ได้​้รั​ับพิ​ิจารณาตั​ัดสิ​ินในทุ​ุกผลงานที่​่�ส่​่งเข้​้าประกวด 4. ผลงานที่​่�ส่​่งเข้​้าประกวดจะต้​้องไม่​่เคยได้​้รั​ับรางวั​ัลจากการประกวดมาก่​่อน 5. ผลงานที่​่�ผู้​้� เ ข้​้ า ประกวดนำำ� เสนอ ต้​้ อ งไม่​่ ล ะเมิ​ิ ด ลิ​ิ ขสิ​ิ ทธิ์​์� ข องผู้​้�อื่​่� น รวมถึ​ึ ง ต้​้ อ งไม่​่ ก ระทำำ� การใดเพื่​่�อให้​้ ไ ด้​้ ม า ซึ่​่�งผลงานโดยมิ​ิชอบด้​้วยกฎหมาย ทั้​้�งนี้​้�สถาบั​ันดนตรี​ีกั​ัลยาณิ​ิวั​ัฒนา จะไม่​่รั​ับผิ​ิดชอบความเสี​ียหายที่​่�เกิ​ิดขึ้​้�น หากเจ้​้าของลิ​ิขสิ​ิทธิ์​์�ทวงถามความเป็​็นเจ้​้าของ 6. ผู้​้� เ ข้​้ า ประกวดต้​้ อ งให้​้ สิ​ิ ทธิ์​์� แ ก่​่ ส ถาบั​ั น ดนตรี​ี กั​ั ล ยาณิ​ิ วั​ั ฒ นาในการเผยแพร่​่ ผ ลงานต่​่ อ สาธารณชน (ทั้​้� ง นี้​้� ผู้​้�เข้​้าประกวดยั​ังคง เป็​็นเจ้​้าของลิ​ิขสิ​ิทธิ์​์�ผลงานนั้​้�น) และขอสงวนสิ​ิทธิ์​์�ในการนำำ�ภาพการประกวด ของผู้​้�ได้​้รั​ับ รางวั​ัลเผยแพร่​่เพื่​่�อการประชาสั​ัมพั​ันธ์​์ในโอกาสต่​่าง ๆ 7. รอบการนำำ�เสนอจะประกอบไปด้​้วย การนำำ�เสนอเป็​็นเวลา 10 นาที​ี และการตอบคำำ�ถามจากคณะกรรมการเป็​็นเวลา 10 นาที​ี 8. หากพบในภายหลั​ังว่​่าผู้​้เ� ข้​้าประกวดได้​้ทำำ�ผิด ิ เงื่​่�อนไขการประกวดและขาดคุ​ุณสมบั​ัติส ิ ถาบั​ันดนตรี​ีกัล ั ยาณิ​ิวัฒ ั นา ขอระงั​ับการให้​้รางวั​ัล รวมถึ​ึงการเรี​ียกคื​ืนเงิ​ินรางวั​ัลทั้​้�งหมด 9. เงื่​่�อนไขอื่​่�น ๆ นอกเหนื​ื อ จากข้​้ อ กำำ� หนดข้​้ า งต้​้ น ให้​้ อ ยู่​่�ในดุ​ุ ล ยพิ​ิ นิ​ิ จ ของคณะกรรมการ โดยผลการตั​ั ด สิ​ิ น ของคณะกรรมการถื​ือเป็​็นสิ้​้�นสุ​ุด 10. ทางโครงการอาจมี​ีการติ​ิดต่​่อผู้​้�ที่​่�ได้​้รั​ับรางวั​ัลเพื่​่�อสั​ัมภาษณ์​์หรื​ือสอบถามข้​้อมู​ูลเพิ่​่�มเติ​ิมเพื่​่�อเป็​็นแนวทาง ในการจั​ัดงานครั้​้�งถั​ัดไป
