Your Instructors: Dr. Joe Serio is an expert in organizational behavior and can inspire your audience to see new possibilities and potential. He uses music and his own incredible life experiences to entertain and connect with your audience, enabling them to make unique connections between work and home so they can create improvements in all areas. Adam Timm is a stress resilience expert and helps dispatchers perform at their best, every day. He spent over ten years as a 9-1-1 dispatcher for the Los Angeles Police Department, fighting his own feelings of chronic stress and burnout before discovering a way out. He brings his unique experience of being on the frontline into each of his interactive trainings.
