What has covid-19 done to this world?

by Naja Belčevski

Covid-19 has done some really bad stuff to this world. In March this year we all got stuck in Quarantine for 3 months. The students had online school and people had to work from home. After 3 months students in Slovenia could finally go to school for some weeks since the situation had calmed down.

And also, the summer holidays were coming. Now again (in October) students from 6th grade to college are doing school work from home.

Since I got a friend from Macedonia I can tell that they haven't been to school since March and they're still learning online. Here in Slovenia there are more chances that we're all going to be stuck at home again for a long time.

Covid-19 has affected a lot of people in this world and about 1,13 million people have died because of it, which is really sad.

I'm really disappointed in some people who are still not wearing masks as they should because we need to take care of each other.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease. it is transmitted mostly through people when they sneeze and cough. In almost all cases, symptoms are expressed by day 12. Infection can be prevented by disinfecting hands and wearing a protective mask.

Signs of infection include fever, stuffy nose, sore throat and difficulty breathing. We don't have a vaccine yet, but they are trying to invent it.

The first case of COVID-19 was detected in mid-November 2019 in China. In late December 2019, the China World Health Organization reported the discovery of pneumonia of unknown origin in Wuhan. I think the corona virus is dangerous, but some exaggerate with action.
