VORWORT / PREAMBLE 273 Teile, Leergewicht ca. 68 kg, Länge über alles 245 cm, Fußbremse über Stahlseile auf die Hinterräder und Lenkung mittels Bowdenzügen, zusammen gebaut in 34 Schritten – dies sind die wichtigsten Daten des vorliegenden Bauplans. Optisch angelehnt an den Red Bull Formel 1 Boliden, gefahren von Sebastian Vettel in der Saison 2013, ist dieser Renner ein echter Hingucker auf jedem Seifen- bzw. Spaßkistenrennen. Jeder Bastler, der mit Holz, Leim und den weiteren zugehörigen Werkzeugen umgehen kann, schafft den Zusammenbau ohne Lackierung in ca. 50-80 Stunden. Der Renner ist konstruiert für Fahrer bis zu einer Größe von 140 cm in fast liegender Position. Im ersten Abschnitt geben die Stücklisten Auskunft über alle notwendigen Teile, die in der Regel in jedem Baumarkt mit Holzzuschnitt erhältlich sind. Bei den hier verwendeten 16“ Rädern handelt es sich um einen Direktimport aus Taiwan. Werden Räder mit anderem Durchmesser verwendet, muss die Konstruktion, insbesondere die Anordnung der Bremse, angepasst werden. Bezugsadressen mit Alternativen gibt’s im letzten Abschnitt dieses Bauplans. Dazwischen wird in einzelnen Schritten der Zusammenbau bildlich mit Hilfe von Symbolen erklärt. Die Zuschnitt-Zeichnungen befinden sich ebenfalls im hinteren Teil. Wer Zugriff auf ein CAD System hat, kann über unseren Webshop www.seifenkistenfabrik.de die DXF Dateien erwerben. Diese können im Original Format ausgedruckt, auf den Holzplatten mittels Sprühkleber fixiert werden, um anschließend mit der Stichsäge ausgeschnitten zu werden. Every hobbyist who can handle with wood, glue and other related tools, creates the assembly, without painting, in approximately 50-80 hours. The 16” wheels, as used herein, are a direct import from Taiwan. If wheels with another diameter are used it will be necessary to revise the construction of the brakes. You will find reference addresses with alternatives in the last section of this construction plan. The assembly is visually explained with the aid of symbols in individual steps. The blank drawings are also located in the rear part. Who has access to a CAD system may purchase the DXF files in our web shop www.soapboxgarage.de. Welche Verbindungsart Sie verwenden (Holzleim, Heißkleber, Schrauben oder anderes) liegt in Ihrem Ermessen. Wichtig ist, dass alle Verbindungen stabil sind und bleiben.
