Titles Hierarchy Important take another look at your text hierarchy. Your titles should be strong. The use of Serifs and or less legible fonts are acceptable in titles. This speaks for itself, but keep a title close to the top navigation.
Splash Screen Obvious This should be easy for everybody: stay away from splash screens at all times. The user wants content, not a welcome screen.
Tech news site Wired clearly indicates the importance of articles through clear text hierarchy.
