THE REPORT
I am honoured to announce that I have been appointed as one of the New Zealand representatives for Women in Pest Management, alongside Aimee McBean. This decision is fuelled by my unwavering passion for supporting and empowering women in our industry.
In my new role, I will be overseeing all sponsorship activities in NZ, which includes the prestigious 2024 WIPM NZ Excellence Award. I am thrilled to share our vision for the upcoming Women in Pest Management Networking Breakfast to be held here in NZ at the WAIPUNA Hotel & Conference Centre on Friday 30th August 2024, coinciding with the PMANZ Conference. This event is not merely a celebration of the remarkable achievements of women in our industry, but a crucial step towards fostering an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of gender, can flourish. Our goal is not only to gather together to celebrate the achievements of women in pest management but also to actively contribute to shaping an industry where talent knows no gender boundaries.
