The NewDorms of Architecture & Design is situated right in the mecca of the NewSchool campus. The high rise facilitates dorm rooms for graduate and undergraduate students. 8 four story atrium gardens allowing students to grow food just steps from their home. A sign of hope and a sense of community will develop in Buenos Aires around the soccer facility. Due to extenuating circumstances, the facility does not have electrical or water hook ups and must be self sustaining. Also, the budget is limited to a total of 45,000 USD.
