Mandatory Data Collection

1. Perform an annual survey of employees to determine if they feel the studio environment creates an equitable and inclusive environment for all employees and visitors and ask for suggestions for improvement.

Policies

1. All spaces are to comply with American Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations, or local equivalent. Studio locations without a local equivalent are to comply with the ADA. Provide adequate spaces and time for personal health and wellness needs (e.g. meditation, prayer, lactation).
