interesting but it’s symmetrical for the balanced theme, something I don’t usually do. As for the role of the viewer, I feel that I can’t have one without the other. My work needs the observer or it doesn’t manifest itself full circle. I do hope that there will be an interaction and that the work will compel the viewer to keep thinking and find new perspective. As
Yin & Yang was a bit of a departure from my usual linear approach because of the subject matter. I felt I needed the image to be more enigmatic and leave more to the imagination. I gave it more design elements and texture. It still has negative and positive space that is SPECIAL ISSUE
