Northern Connections workforce program funding provided and money appropriated. 7. Perham Area Community Center renovation and expansion funding provided, bonds issued and money appropriated. 8. Fergus Falls border city development zone powers authorization established, funding provided and money appropriated. 9. Otter Tail County nursing facility payment rate increase provided. 10. Vergas authorized to impose an aggregate tax. 11. 2014 Bonding Bill: $257,000 earmarked for the Perham Area Library.
