Q. What information do I need to make a payment?
A. You will need your Account # to login and one of the following when entering your payment:
Invoice # 1
Job # 2. Job Name 3.
Q. Where can I find my Account #?
A. Your Account # is found on invoices, statements, delivery notices, and order confirmations. It consists of 5 letters followed by 1 or 2 numbers (eg. zero not the letter O) See below:
Q.Where do I enter my Invoice # or other payment identifiers?
A.You will enter that information in the additional payment information box. This box is located beside the Payment Identifier field and is opened by clicking on the pencil icon.
Q. How can I pay multiple invoices or jobs?
A. There are two options for paying multiple invoices or jobs:
Option 1: you can enter the combined total as your payment amount You will then enter all invoice numbers or jobs included in that payment into the additional payment information box highlighted above.
Option 2: pay one invoice or job per transaction When you arrive at your confirmation page, select “Return to Home,” rather than logging out This will bring you back to the payment screen to complete another transaction using the same payment method or you can change to a different payment method.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. Our bill pay system currently offers payment via your bank account or a credit/debit card You will input this information by clicking “+ Enter” located to the right of “Payment Method.” See below.
Q. Are there any fees associated with using our bill pay system?
A. No. There are no fees associated with using our bill pay system.
Q. Will the system store my payment information?
A. At this time, our bill pay system does not store your payment information.
Q. Do I need to notify Kountry Kraft when a payment is made?
A. No. Kountry Kraft will be able to see your payment through our banking system.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation of my payment?
A. Yes. After completing your payment, a confirmation box will become visible. There is a print option as shown below You will also receive an email confirmation of your payment that will list your payment details.
