Elina Pérez Urbaneja

Journalist, Bachelor in arts. Researcher about history of graphic design and industrial design in Venezuela. I have worked as a curator of three exhibitions: "Marcas. Identificadores gráficos en Venezuela" (Brands. Graphic identifiers in Venezuela), "Objetos Cotidianos. Diseño y fabricación en Venezuela" (Daily Objects. Design and manufacture in Venezuela) y La Veta útil (The useful vein), Museo de la Estampa y del Diseño Carlos Cruz-Diez and Museo de Arte Contemporáneo of Caracas. I have written texts about venezuelan design for the books: "Latin American Graphic Design" (Trama, Ecuador) and " History of design in Latin America and The Caribbean" (Eduardo Blücher, Brazil).
