Overview

Penguin Solutions Altus® XE4318GTSv2-DTC server combines AMD's advanced EPYC Turin CPUs with cutting-edge NVIDIA HGX B300 GPUs to deliver exceptional performance for AI reasoning, inference, training, and LLM workloads in a compact, liquid-cooled 4U form factor.

The AMD EPYC Turin architecture provides a powerful computational foundation with enhanced memory bandwidth and PCIe 5.0 connectivity, while NVIDIA's HGX B300 accelerators deliver unprecedented performance for AI workloads. By integrating NVIDIA ConnectX-8 SuperNIC technology that delivers 800 Gb/s InfiniBand or dual 400 Gb/s Ethernet connectivity, HGX B300 unlocks ultra-low latency communication essential for real-time inference serving and multi-node AI deployments.
