LAGOON modular furniture set for open plan offices

Increase of collaboration

Globalization

Companies’ main focus is networking among co-workers and interdisciplinary teams.

As communicating with other countries got easier, the concept of time and place have lost their importance. Skype meetings have become a part of every day life.

No need for a definite office

Changing nature of work

Leading companies know that well designed workspaces improve performance, promotes innovation and results in healthier employees.

With a younger work force, the line between socializing and working got blurry. Informal co-working spaces attracts the young creatives.
