Like most of us, he may not always be able to choose what food is available to him. But he’ll make a conscious effort to eat healthily for his next meal, and he doesn’t see it as a chore. “I love eating well. I love good, nutritious food. It’s all about enjoying your food, and the fact that it is nutritious is a great added benefit,” he says. metabolism steady.
2 Have a glass of water before and
after every meal.
3 Moisturise and protect your skin
regularly.
4 Use an SPF during the day (and
at night) to protect your skin from UV damage.
5 Spend 10 minutes in the morning
taking deep breaths and reflecting before starting your day.
