FLI attendees engage in a model Be the Match donor drive, adding 79 names to the National Bone Marrow Donor Registry. A grant from the FarmHouse Foundation is available for chapters who want to host a drive on their own campus. FarmHouse Leadership Institute Jan. 3-6, 2015 FarmHouse Leadership Institute (FLI) participants are reminded to “live the Ritual” during the closing session. The theme of the 2015 FLI was “It Begins with Me,” reminding chapter officers to be the change that they want to see in their chapters.

Regional Leadership Conferences Mobile RLC attendees visit the USS Alabama Museum on the deck of the decommissioned battle ship anchored in Mobile Bay. Attendees learned to fight “An Enemy Called Average” in recruitment, member education, personal development and career success during two weekends at three locations in February.
