Precious PETS Pearland Animal Hospital Pearland Animal Hospital has played an important role in the healthcare of Pearland family pets for over 42 years. Dr. Bobby Stevener opened the hospital in 1967 after serving in the United States Air Force. Dr. Stevener is a 1965 graduate of the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. When the hospital first opened in 1967, horses and cows, as well as dogs and cats were seen as patients. However, as the demographics of Pearland have changed, dogs, cats and some exotics make up the patient list. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1973, Dr. Mike Allen interned at Colorado State University then came to Pearland Animal Hospital in 1974. He is a member of the Harris County Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Tricia Trunek joined the Pearland Animal Hospital team in 2006 after graduating from Washington State University. She is also a member of the AVMA, and her interests include soft tissue surgery, dermatology, internal medicine, and preventative medicine. At Pearland Animal Hospital, we understand that your pet is a member of the family.
