SPECIALTY FITNESS PROGRAMS Specialty Class Workshops & More!

We’re excited to offer additional specialty classes and workshops throughout the week during the winter & spring sessions. These classes will include one-day workshops and short term class series which will allow us to provide you with unique formats and the latest trends in fitness. Please check the monthly printed and online schedules for more specific details and registration information.

SPECIALTY FITNESS CLASS MAKE UP POLICY Missed specialty fitness classes may be made up during the same session in which you are registered. All you need to do when you want to make up the class is sign in with the instructor in the classroom - write the DATE and NAME of the class you missed on the make-up attendance sheet each instructor will have.

Posture Fix for a Pain-Free Life (KM)

You may have FHP (Forward Head Position aka Tech Neck) if you’re always reminded to sit up straight, or experience back and neck pain or fatigue. Restorative Yoga (KM)

Restorative yoga might best be described as a supported, conscious mind/body relaxation practice. When supported with props, the poses can be held longer and without muscular effort to help release physical and mental tensions and stress! Please bring a yoga mat and small blanket to class.
