White Sox Fielding/ Throwing Club (KJ)
The White Sox Fielding/Throwing Club will focus on the essentials of throwing and catching the baseball, as well as fielding ground balls and fly balls. To be a complete player, you must learn to defend. This class is exactly what you need to earn that starting position at higher levels of baseball. Our fastpitch pitching club is a specialized camp which will teach your daughter the proper pitching mechanics. Focus will include grip, motion, arm circles, release, and leg drive as well as follow through to throw harder and have better control.

White Sox Father/Son Hitting & Pitching (KJ)
This unique one-day family event will help prepare your child for the upcoming baseball season. The evening will focus on developing the correct fundamentals involved in hitting & pitching. White Sox Academy instructors will offer valuable instruction as well as offering drill work that can be used by players as they prepare for competition. The enjoyable evening will give parents the opportunity to interact with their children while working to develop strong hitting, pitching and throwing mechanics.
