Neighborhood Club Employment Opportunities Child Watch Attendant $8-8.50 per hour Prefer previous experience working with young children and positive customer service experience; good personable skills. Ability to work flexible schedule. Building Attendant (front desk) $8-8.50 per hour Previous positive customer service experience preferred. Ability to answer phones, computer registration, problem solve and work flexible schedule. Building Support (Maintenance) $8-8.50 per hour Able to perform both lightweight and heavyweight general maintenance and cleaning duties. Ability to work flexible schedule. Pool Attendant $7.40 per hour Responsible for a variety of tasks such as cleaning windows, checking pool chemicals, maintaining pool cleanliness and assisting members with miscellaneous requests. Six months to one year customer service experience preferred. CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire. Ability to work flexible schedule. Lifeguard $8-9 per hour Responsible for patron safety. Prefer previous lifeguard experience; Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications; and previous customer service experience. Must have availability to work flexible schedule. Head Guard $10 per hour Prefer previous positive customer service experience and two years lifeguard experience. Prefer Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid, Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, NSPF Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor (LGI), and Red Cross WSI Certification. Ability to swim and knowledge of swim programs; excellent customer service skills; knowledge of pool pump room operations; ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner. Ability to work flexible schedule. Water Safety Instructor $9-12 per hour Prefer previous swim lesson instruction, one year customer service. Prefer the following: Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid, Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, Red Cross WSI.
