2012 Putnam County Fair continues through Saturday ELEANOR – Once again, the 2012 Putnam County Fair is proving to be one of the best fairs in the tri-state area, offering something for everyonefrom the youngest to the stillyoung-at-heart – it’s what keeps people coming back year-after-year. The Fair began this past and continues weekend through Saturday, July 21.
