SILVO is our comeback to Maślice, Wrocław, where we built 226 apartments at Rędzińska Street. This will be our third investment in that part of Wrocław, which the residents value for its tranquillity, closeness to green areas and good transport connections to the heart of the city.

Osiedle SILVO wybudujemy w trzech etapach. W pierwszej fazie oddamy 59 mieszkań o powierzchni od 27 do 78 m2, a ich funkcjonalne rozkłady spełnią oczekiwania singli, par czy rodzin z dziećmi.

SILVO powstanie w miejscu naturalnie sprzyjającym spacerom i rekreacji na świeżym powietrzu. Przy osiedlu w okolicach ujścia rzeki Ślęzy do Odry jest Park Świetlików z dwoma stawami. W okolicy znajdują się także nadodrzańskie wały oraz liczne tereny spacerowe.

We will build the SILVO Residential Area in three stages. The first will see us deliver 59 apartments with sizes ranging from 27 to 78 sq. m, meeting the expectations of singles, couples, and families with children through their functional layout.

SILVO will be built in a place naturally conducive to walks and outdoor recreation. It will be in the vicinity of Park Świetlików, a park located close to the confluence of the River Ślęza to the River Oder, with two ponds. The Oder embankment and numerous walking areas are also nearby.
