FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How long does it take to set up a full time office? After you choose your office, provide the signed sublease, check, and Certificate of Insurance (COI), it will take 1-3 business days for your phone system and office to be ready for a move-in.

Can I have mail sent to any business center? To stay compliant with USPS regulations, we require a filled CMRA form for each business center that you want mail sent to. If you have one virtual office base location, that will be your only assigned mailing address.

Does the receptionist run errands for members? While we strive to serve your business with an array of administrative services, we are not able to leave the business center for a specific request, such as dropping off packages, picking up food, or running general errands. We can send out outgoing mail, schedule a package pick-up, and set up delivered food on your behalf.

Am I able to book meetings after 5:00 pm or on weekends? If you are a full-time member, you have 24/7 access to you business center and can book meetings for any time. Make sure you book your meeting with a receptionist or on the online portal so there are no scheduling conflicts. If you are a virtual member, meeting space member, or just need the conference room for a one-time use, we require a receptionist to host your meeting. The receptionist will provide access to the space, monitor safety of you and your guests, greet guests, act as a concierge, and provide any needed add-on administrative services. They can also act as technical support for internet service during your meeting as well as the HDMI and cast devices for the flat-screen TVs.
