The Lighthouse ArtCenter Gallery & School of Art is a nonprofit art center dedicated to the visual arts whose mission is to inspire, engage, and connect the community through a vibrant school with incredible faculty, unique exhibitions, and diverse special events. The school offers a variety of classes and workshops for all ages and abilities, and the ArtReach program takes classes to the underserved, physically challenged, and nursing homes.

Main Fundraising Event: Polo for a Purpose Date: January 21, 2019 Location: International Polo Club, Wellington Description of Event: Polo for a Purpose will be an action-packed event with fun for all ages. Festivities will start with a cocktail reception, gourmet luncheon, and exciting live and silent auctions with one-of-a-kind items, before Honorary Chair and lymphoma survivor Brandon Phillips, and some of the world’s greatest equestrian athletes, hit the field for a four-onfour high-goal polo match. The entire front section of the stadium is given to children fighting a blood cancer and their families, who cheer on players as they raise funds for LLS’s mission.
