Hazle is the Executive Director of Boca Helping Hands, a multi-service agency which helps meet the basic needs of underserved residents of Palm Beach County, and helps them achieve self-sufficien y through job training. Prior to this role, he served as a senior executive at local Fortune 500 companies, NextEra, and Cemex. Greg and his wife, Tina, live in Boca Raton and have two daughters and three grandkids.

As executive director of the Tourist Development Council since 2013, Jergensen provides direction for one of the largest industries in Palm Beach County through the contractual oversight of Discover the Palm Beaches, the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, the Palm Beach County Film and Television Commission, and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Previously, he was senior vice president of operations with Discover Palm Beach County and president and CEO of the Greater Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Lawrence’s 31 years as an arts administrator include grant writing/grant making, cultural tourism, organizational development, marketing, advocacy and arts policy development, strategic planning, and public art. He created innovative arts infusion strategies for major events like the 2015 NCAA Men’s Final Four and the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500. He was a member of the Host Committee for Super Bowl XLVI as co-chair of the Cultural & Arts Programs Committee, and a member of the Civic Advisory Council. He was named a Sagamore of the Wabash, one of Indiana’s highest honors, by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb.

Lazo has served as CEO of Doctors Hospital, home to the world-class Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute. Prior to leading Doctors Hospital, Lazo enjoyed being a resident of the Upper Keys when he served as CEO of Mariners Hospital for three years. Before joining Baptist Health, he served in executive roles for a variety of health care organizations, including HealthSouth Corporation, Parkway Regional Medical Center, and Mercy Hospital.
