Family Time is Time Well Spent

Studies show that the number one way to keep kids from using drugs and alcohol is to eat meals together as a family. It’s important for parents to be involved and informed, and this simple interaction can make a huge difference in the development of a child. Find ways to reach out and connect with your child to support them, encourage them and let them know how much they mean to you. Finding time for your children is not always easy—but it is always worthwhile.
