I am honored to address you today to, once again, seek for much-needed and well-deserved legislative support for the micro, small and medium entrepreneurs of the Philippines as I sponsor Senate Bill No. 2909, under Committee Report No. 203, entitled An Act Providing for the Creation and Organization of Credit Surety Fund Cooperatives to Manage and Administer Credit Surety Funds to Enhance the Accessibility of Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs, Cooperatives and Non-Government Organizations to the Credit Facility of Banks otherwise known as the Credit Surety Fund Cooperative Act of 2015.
