Much Fun at the Run a Muck Challenge
One of Ireland’s most popular off-road fun and run challenges, Run-a-Muck will take place. A cross country event over a wet and mucky course, with various manmade and natural obstacles like bale jumps, net scrambles, super slides, Tarzan swings, bridges, ditches, streams, tyres and tunnels, this challenging but fun course will leave both competitors and spectators smiling! Ideal for joggers and runners of all abilities – there is two options available, the Muckers Course; a one lap, 5km run, or the Serious Muckers Course; a two lap, 10km run. All participants must do is decide whether to take on one or two laps of the course, to take on the muckers challenge as a solo contender or to do it as a team of no less than three people!
