All our menus focus on regional produce and offer gluten free and vegetarian options whilst our wine list features an extensive range of local wines. Parkers Steakhouse Hidden away down Shorts Place, Parkers Steakhouse lacks the panoramic views of the bay but more than makes up for it with its warm, inviting atmosphere in a beautiful rustic bluestone building from the 1850’s. With more than ten cuts of meat to choose from, including Certified Australian Angus Beef, everybody will find something to enjoy, and if beef isn’t your thing, try some of the pork spare ribs, lamb chops, chicken breast, grilled salmon and even a vegetarian meal, all prepared in complete view from the open kitchen. Steaks are yielded from Prime Australian pasture-fed beef, cut to Parkers’ exacting specifications, then aged for 28 days to maximise tenderness and enhance flavour. Open 7 nights a week from 6pm - closed public holidays.
