HM the King elevates Riviera Group secures Chaimongkol Temple’s abbot 520-million-baht loan from SCB

Jetsada Homklin His Majesty the King has elevated the abbot of Chaimongkol Temple to the eighth-highest rank in the Thai Sangha. The South Pattaya royal temple organized a July 29 parade to congratulate Abbot Anan Thamachoto, who also serves as ecclesiastical vice governor for Chonburi, on his promotion to Phraratchakhana Chan

Raj, the fifth-highest rank in the second highest level of monkhood. Known formally as Chao Khun Phra Panyarattanaporn, the abbot was conferred the title of Phra Racha Sansohon by HM the King, who elevated monks across the country on the occasion of his birthday. Anan’s promotion will be celebrated at his Oct. 3 birthday party.

Alangkarn boss takes 200 kids to movies Jetsada Homklin The owner of Thai Alangkarn Theater treated 200 orphans, migrant children and at-risk youths to a day at the movies in honor of HM the King’s birthday. Suttikorn Jierapaitoon, head of the Alangkan Entertainment Complex, welcomed kids and staff from the Human Help Network Thailand’s Drop-In Center, Fountain of Life Center and Sotpattana School for the Deaf to Major Cineplex on Second Road to watch Disney’s reboot of “The Lion King”.

Orphans, migrant children and at-risk youths were treated to a day at the movies.

Suttikorn said the film was a great choice for children in that its story teaches and

inspires youths to do the right thing and assertive in the right ways.

Leonardo DiCaprio thanks Thai authorities for rise in tiger numbers Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio Leonardo has posted a message on Instagram applauding Thai authorities for overseeing an increase in the number of tigers at the Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary.
