A peep into the future

Weakly Juan rubbed his eyes, which were almost stuck against the white >loor. He blinked thousands of times before he could focus. There was an open window. It was like a huge door of exotic colours. Juan couldn´t believe it. He wondered, “What would happen if I went through it?”

everything. No one cared about this, our future was written: we were doomed. Juan couldn´t believe they were destroying their own future as he could observe how the world was getting worse and worse. Until suddenly, the oldest of all the people present there had the great idea of putting a paper that someone threw to the >loor in the paper basket. The people noticed that action and started doing the same. Others started planting trees and growing 1qaz >lowers.

He timidly tiptoed through the thick door. It was as long as the neck of a giraffe. In it, he could watch the future, it didn´t smell so well. There were no animals, no trees or >lowers, no birds >lying or singing, no dolphins jumping in the blue ocean. Humans had destroyed everything, it was our and only our fault. That was our future.

The impact was so huge that a news reporter thought about broadcasting on TV a solution on how to use energy that d i d n ´ t c o n t a m i n a t e t h e p l a n e t . Immediately, people started using solar energy. It was published in newspapers all around the world, so more and more people started taking care of the Earth. Juan returned to the huge door and watched how the future was now. He could see grass, enormous trees, >ish and dolphins in the ocean, birds joyfully >lying and singing up in the sky and he could see himslef glad for what he had done for the Earth to and all the humans.

Juan hesitated for a moment and then he desperately rushed out of the portal. He went to the nearest place and found a mall. He started to call people´s attention and he told everyone what was going to happen if we continued destroying
